Lewis Cliffs 88516 is so similar to ALHA77005 that it is likely to have come from the same outcrop on Mars. It has the same texture of poikilitic and interstitial patches, the same mineral assemblage, very similar mineral compositions, and similar shock features. Even its cosmic ray exposure suggests that it was blasted off Mars in the same impact as ALHA77005. However, its terrestrial age (21 Ka) is distinctly less than that of its sister-meteorite.
