The Curatorial Facility has been operated over the past years by very proficient and qualified personnel. The tasks at hand requires technical and scientific skills along with patience and much dedication. The Curatorial employee highlighted in this issue is Linda Ann Watts. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Gloria DeCorte and devoted and loving wife to Oliver. Linda was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and moved to Houston in 1965 when her father was hired by NASA-JSC.

Linda studied geology at Lamar University, receiving her Bachelors of Science Degree in 1970. Before her employment by Northrop (presently Lockheed Martin), she worked two summers and five years in NASA's Mission Planning and Analysis Division during Apollo, Apollo-Soyuz, Skylab and Shuttle Planning. In 1983, she obtained her Masters of Science in Physical Sciences/Geology from the University of Houston Clear Lake.

Among the many task that Linda performs are sample research, sample processing and documentation. She also programs and manages the Cosmic Dust Database. Linda is also the coordinator for the CAPTEM research planning meetings. Linda shares with the Curatorial team a great enthusiastim about lunar and planetary science. She hopes to be on the Mars Sample Return Processing Team.

Linda will celebrate her 25th Wedding Anniversary (11/13) and 20th Anniversary (11/1) in the Lunar Lab this year.
