| Firefox PDF Problem Fix | ||
| Problem: | When clicking on links inside a pdf file, the links do not work. |

| Solution: | 1. In FireFox, type about.config into the address bar. |
|
| 2. Scroll down until you find the preference browser.download.pluginOverrideTypes. | ||
| 3. If the preference is there, right click on it and select reset. | ||
| 4. Find the preference plugin.disable_full_page_plugin_for_types. | ||
| 5. If the preference is there, right click on it and select reset. | ||
