The exterior surface has two small patches of brown/black fusion crust. The exposed interior is off white to dark gray in color. The interior is a very fine grained off white to medium gray matrix. | |

The section shows a very fine-grained, dense, groundmass of comminuted pyroxene with few coarse (up to 1 mm) pyroxene grains. Orthopyroxene compositions are homogeneous at Fs23Wo2. The Fe/Mn ratio of the pyroxene is ~30. The meteorite is a diogenite. |
