02-13-06 – TH See & J. Warren Removed cell C027 from cabinet and mounted on Level 3 fixture. Conducted standard Level 3 documentation duplicating conditions that were finalized on 02-10-06 by See, Hörz, Brownlee, Westphal, Tsou, & Zolenksy. As for naming the files, I am removing C, R, & L, leaving the tile number and assigned track number, along with the X, Y, & Z information.
