Started doing the Backlight files around 1300. It is now 1420. Set up for 20x and it is in the process of the mosaic now for 20x. Looks like 48 photos. Stored to wrong folder. Did them again after deleting from the wrong folder. While this set was being mosaic, I saw that the Iris was still at noon position. So I started another set and call it Top20A\C065-20xA.jpg. Re did the location while I was on top view, at 20X 16:30: Retuned sample up to storage.
