Removed C092 from cabinet and opened canister to mount on Level 3 device. The tile was highly fractured / broken when the can was opened and small piece began sticking to my gloved hands and anything else in the area. I spent 15 to 20 minutes picking up the fragments from the pan and off of my gloves and such placing the fragments back in the can or an additional C092 Fragment can that I started. I am not sure when or how this tile got this fractured. I do not believe it was a result of my opening the can as I have not seen this happen to date, but that does not mean it did not happen at this time. Half of the tile is still in tack as one piece, while the other half exists as numerous, various sized fragments.
