06-05-06 – TH. See Removed C101 from cabinet and examined Level 2 image. This is the tile that Mike Zolensky requested that I do last since it has a large impact in it and we might keep it. Thus, returned the sample to the storage cabinet and removed C102, the next one I sequence. Reviewed Level 2 images of C102 to determine proper orientation. Upon doing so, C102 was mounted in the Level 3 fixture for documentation. Began 7x Top View imaging @ ~ 8:55 am. Complete 20x Top View @ ~ 9:10 am. Converted system for Depth Profiles. Began Depth Profile imaging @~ 9:23 am. Complete Depth Profile imaging @ ~ 9:38. Removed ringlight polarizer and set up system for track/fiducial documentation. Imaged what is believed to represent the Front Left Fiducial. Seems very short measuring ~ 320 (394 FS) µm.
