C102-T7 – Nice bulbous track located near the rear surface of the tile. Over length in the angular position is ~ 480 µm; entrance hole size is ~28 µm, while max width is ~ 136 µm across. At least three long and one short stylus emanating out the bottom of the bulb, each containing a Terminal Particle, all less than 8 µm in size. Other stylus measure ~ 453, 469, 370 µm.
