C102-T9 – Near far right side of tile. One visible stylus sticking out the bottom of the bulb, with an over all length of ~ 510 µm (525 µm FS). Entrance hole opening is ~ 30 µm with max track width ~ 82 µm across. Terminal particle definitely visible and on the order of 5 µm in size.
