Right Front Fiducial – Measures ~ 1040 µm in length. Took 7x & 20x top view mosaics. Also acquire images of tile left side fiducial marks and two tracks with the tile compressed in the Level 3 holder as well as with all pressure released to compare the angle of these items. Mike Z liked what he saw and asked for similar images from other tiles as possible.
