Began removing cell C2004,0 on 12/12/2019. During the process the inner foils were removed but the aerogel cell did not come out. Pieces of the front of the aerogel (C2004,2) and back (C2004,3) came off. The remainder of the cell was removed on 12/17/2019 by using a cell pushing toll with a teflon face to extract the cell from the front to the back of the tray. This part of the cell is labeled C2004,0.
