Requesting Thin Section Packages
Any faculty member of an eligible institution may apply for use of the Lunar or Meteorite Petrographic Thin Section Package by sending a request in writing on institutional letterhead.
Please include the following information in your official letter of application:
- Name of institution
- Department
- Address of the institution
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Type of Thin Section Package requested (Lunar or Meteorite)
- Dates of planned use
- Planned use
